Planting churches has always been in the heart of pastor Adrian Zaragoza of Nueva Vida en Cristo meeting at First Baptist of Conyers, GA. However, accepting a call to be a sending church cannot come without a call to be an equipping church.

As Roberto Soto studies pages from a text book of the Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP), he embraces an affirmed call to plant a new Hispanic Church in Madison, GA. The curriculum is being taught by pastor Zaragoza to members seeking to teach or feeling called to ministry. Being available in over 25 languages it has become a global tool in training ethnic and international pastors.
In a hopeful partnership meeting with Fusion Church in Madison, GA Zaragoza reported, "We have been waiting for the right time, and I believe this could be it."
Both churches are desiring a Hispanic Church plant in the area as Madison seems to be a hotbed of new Industry including Rivian Automotive's plant, an electric vehicle automaker.

Fusion, (a church plant themselves) lead by pastor Matt Alexander, has been a part of sending teams overseas and also to Clarkston, GA to work with refugees. The church has embraced an evangelistic passion through the "Who's Your One" initiative from the North American Mission Board. While hoping to match and evangelistic heart with a passion to reach the nations around them both churches are eagerly praying of what could be. Both are members of the Stone Mountain Baptist Association, one of the most diverse associations in the Southeast of the US.
