Clarkston, GA and other International Fields constantly face massive turnarounds with short-term workers. Short-term can be considered many things but I typically define as someone under 2 years of service. Tamari Sherekera of Reach the Nations Community Church continues the legacy left by short-term laborers John and Asmara Anyan. During their brief time with RTN they did what short-term laborers should do…raised up leaders to replace them.
Tamari could be seen shadowing them on Sundays or regularly in their home having personal discipleship, much to what has helped her continue the ministry to RTNs multi-cultural children. As the Anyan’s returned to their permanent field of service they left a legacy behind. The church has continued to grow, baptize, and disciple over the last 10 years.
